The French toast are dipped in some type of batter that includes eggs (so they say). The French toast was soggy and very bland. The eggs did not taste like real eggs and were not good. The bacon was very thin and crunchy. I would not dine there again. I ate one half of my French toast, i told the waitress that I didn't care for them, she offered to make them over, but didn't apologize nor even offer toast or pancakes instead. Not to mention, i was charged $2.49 for two eggs (high) and .99 for cheese. The cashier asked how was everything, I told her I wasn't impressed with the French toast, she continued to ring me up and made no comments. Wow. Never again.
It's a wonderful place to eat home made breakfast. I have always enjoy sharing a home made Dinner with my family there.
Excellent food. You can get breakfast anytime. Pies are excellent. Susan is a very attentive waitress who always makes her customers feel welcome and appreciated.
Great food. Good portions. Good prices. Nothing here was sub-par except the parking. They were so busy the lot was full. Even so, our wait wasn't bad at all. I'll definitely be going back.
My whole family loves this place. Pie is great, specials are always exciting, and the rolls are wonderful. The staff loves our little girl and the staff and customers are friendly. Don't bother with the bad reviews. Some people just don't know how to enjoy a good thing. Their rating and the number of good reviews should speak volumes over the little bit of whining. I'm so glad we stumbled onto Jay Jay Cafe.
