If I could give negative stars I would. This place is horrible. My sister ordered me flowers for my birthday and had them delivered to my work. When I sent her the picture she was very upset because it was nothing like what she ordered. It looked like the just threw what they had together and said whatever. Different flowers, different vase, and it suppose to have a ribbion around it, nope! On top of that the flowers were wilted and the water was dirty. My sister wanted a refund. And the lady, I guess she is the owner, said that she would have to pick them back up! What an embarrassment for me to have flowers that were ugly and dying delivered to my job and then I had to return them. Ridiculous. And then she tried to say it was my sisters fault because she was not happy with them. She told my sister she would give me new flowers but they would look the same. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THAT?!? Then she tell my mother on the phone that we are just doing this to get free flowers. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE but here. It's NOT worth the money.
Talked with lady over the phone after looking on Website. Found a Nice set of Roses called Telefloras Fine Fall Rose's, it was Beautiful and for a Special Beautiful Lady! It was for a her Birthday (77yrs old)! I had it Delivered that same day which was Great, EXCEPT it looked nothing like the Website photo!!
Flowers that were delivered looked nothing like the pic on the web site and when trying to call them they wouldn't even answer the phone. Had to get the recipient to get a message to them to call me back.
The flowers delivered were gorgeous, full, and colorful. Highly recommend.
