Everyone at Wade Funeral Home was kind and conscientious, and helped to make a very tragic situation a bit more bearable.
Nice place, clean and well staffed. I came in right before the service started and while there were staff in the entrance and open seats no one was ushering and I wasn't sure where I needed to be. Also, during the service and viewing the staff did their jobs but didn't really seem to have a reverent demeanor. I know it's a small thing, and if they do it everyday it's normal to them, but for the family and guests it is a solemn occasion.
Having to say goodbye to a loved one is never easy but the Wade Family Funeral home made our experience so much easier than I ever thought it could be. I also want to say that I have dealt with several funeral homes over the years and Blake and his team are the most sincere people I have encountered to date. I never once felt like it was just a job for them. That is hard to find these days and I want to thank them so much for the care they provided to our family. I highly recommend this very caring business.
My 20 year old daughter passed away. They took care of her, and myself, with care and compassion. They helped take care of the majority of the paperwork, and start to finish were super nice to work with..every person I spoke to were very kind..really helped make this terrible situation bearable. The front reception area is comfortable and homey.
