We have been purchasing our dog feed and a few misc. items there now for almost three years and are very happy with Jay and Angela's kind, direct and attentive service. We are grateful too for their knowledge as they've given us advice that has helped save a couple of our pups and has enabled is to be better fur baby parents. Thank you Jay and Angela for guiding us in ways that have brought more life to our boys! As long as we live near them we will shop there for our pups needs!
They are always friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of their products. I go there specifically for their dog treats! They are the best and I have been going there for 20 plus years.
Shady, but unique selections. The city has tried to shut this place down for years. Yet, they manage to stick around. I have known this place most of my life. It is one of those places everyone knows to stay away. That creepy place you avoid, but nobody says why. They have some unique offerings for pet owners and gardeners. That is all they have to offer, publicly.
Horrible customer service, smells horrible compared to other stores, their prices are alright, but I have found it's not even worth the price to go there. The staff isn't the best at what they do and the lady who answers the phone is dumb as can be, she never knows the answer to any questions you ask (about their own animals (mice and chickens to be exact) and always has to get someone to answer for her. I've called the store many times as I have a dog, chickens, and a snake. There are much better feeding store! Don't go here!!
