By far the worse Geico!! Lazy staff

More time goes by.....its june 14 2017 so i call to complain cause and get a number to call corporate. The manager says that she is sorry. I say i dont need them mailed now, so dont worry about , i have already moved in, i just need a number to call corporate. The manager says, the owner will personally call you today....time goes by........no call hahaha

Ridiculous!! Im will be calling Geico on this location, they dont listen!

I just switch insurance!the lady I talk to it was so nice and give me very good deal for my cars and explain with all details my insurance and awesome prices.her name is April!!!thks GEICO....

And the other insurance company said they think the entire tire and wheel that fell off of some dudes truck was there for more than a few minutes (which it wasn't) so that's not his fault and they aren't covering either. Yay for a brand new messed up Tahoe. I would get different insurance ASAP if you have Geico. Share if you want to warn people about the worst customer service I've ever seen.

I called in April 2017 to set up renters insurance with Shelly. I told her I move in on May 6th 2017. She accidentally set it up for the wrong date, which i said was fine. Not a big deal because she fixed the date the next day:)

And guess what? After telling the manager i dont need them mailed cause its now june and i have already moved in, SHE MAILS IT!!!

Fantastic office with true professional staff. Always helpful and courteous when you call in.

Just FYI, if anyone has Geico that you pay almost $200 a month for year after year, and you have an accident, they won't pay for it. Even if it is someone else's fault...and you are 9 months pregnant and have to go to the hosptial for the night... You can send them pictures of the accident, the other car, everything. It doesn't matter. My frame and hood are damaged and they are paying for a tire and wheel well. That's it. They said the other damage is from some imaginary accident I must have had before. Oh and it took them almost 3 weeks to look at it and start and my rental coverage is out at 30 days. The guys said sorry S.O.L.

Moving on.....i call and tell April that i need my insurance policy mailed to me, not the address that i will moving into but the current one. She says, no problem. Weeks go by, nothing is mailed. So i call back and speak to Melissa and she says oh im so sorry it never got mailed, maybe there is something wrong with where you get your mail but dont worry i will personally mail print and mail this to you, and call up within ten days to see if you got it. I say, thank you so much thats awesome!....time goes on and nothing is mailed and no call from melissa or april....lazy!!!!!

This does not pertain to this agency but to Geico period. This insurance agency has gone way down from a 10. I used to love Geico and bragged about how wonderful their service was. Now I can't say the same. Just so disappointed in their service.
