Can not say enough about how impressed I am with this company and their employees. I placed a order on line and got a email back saying my stuff was ready for pickup. So I got in the car and drove 23 miles to pick up my order. When I got there the store manager Calvin noticed they had messed up on my order for a keg. Without skipping a beat he said I am sorry and I will personally deliver your keg to your house when I get off work. Not wanting to drive all the way back I took him up on his offer. Calvin showed up around 7:15pm to my front door with the keg in hand. He greeted me with a smile and another apologey. He brought the keg inside and hooked it up for me. Remember this was after working a full shift then driving 23 miles though Fort Worth Texas traffic. As he was leaving I asked where he lived he laughed and said 5 minutes from the store. If this is not customer service I don't know what is. We all make mistakes it's how you fix them in my book that counts.
Total wine and more is opening a new store in the Alliance town plaza next month. My wife and I are customers for life. Oh and by the way it's hard to beat their prices and product selection.
This is the place to go if you're looking for the best wine selection in town. Their prices on both wine and hard liquor can't be beat. I came in on a busy Saturday but at least five employees offered their assistance to help me find something. They seemed knowledgeable and were eager to make recommendations based on what I was looking for. They've got a varied selection for wines and beer, both domestic and international options.
They have everything!!! If they don't, they call the distributors to find out if they can get it. The customer service is outstanding, and the selection for cigars and drinks is fantastic! They only thing that would make this store better, is if they were like brown derby in Missouri and offered more food to purchase. I love this store!
Great selection. Prices are so of the best I have seen. I love different kinds of beer and this place delivers variety that can't be matched.
This was the third place I went to trying to find some things for Thanksgiving dinner. It was the only store where I was able to find someone to help me. They have the best prices, and Kevin was a huge help (and is very friendly, great attitude). Thank you!
