I have had a house under contract that these people listed since January. There have been many problems, not all related to hill, but the thing that stands out the most I the lack of communication.
I called regarding a property I would like to look at today. I am excited and getting approved isn't an issue. Julie wanted us to get pre-approved before SHOWING the home. When I asked why, she stated that her office is really far from the home. As a prospective buyer I am offended. She didn't have the time to show the home? What if we didn't like it, why get pre-approved for this home? Is she kidding?
They are wonderful. They found us the perfect house a few years back and we are still enjoying it. Thank you very much!!
