We got Mr. Morris to check our roof. He was very kind, and told us we have to wait to get the estimate. It took ONE WEEK! Unbelievable! And we had to be calling every day to ask for it. They ask us to sign the report, so they can give us a date to do the job. We did it, and now we are calling to get the date, but the woman who answer, and was very rude, just said that the repair department will contact us. I ask her if they could do it as soon as possible, and she just repeated her words. Such a ... The worst company I've ever contacted.
Wasn't really sure how to come up with a star rating. I was referred to these folks by a neighbor who's in the roofing industry but couldn't ever get a call back for them to come out and take a look. Spoke to 2 different ladies at the office who apologized and said someone would reach out soon...
the lady that answers the phone was extremely rude to myself and my realtor. i have a deadline and she said it would be fine at first and when i called back she blew me off. not a great first impression for the face of the company. still dont have my estimate either
We contracted with Frazier Roofing and Gutter Company to do gutter cleaning and repair. After an initial hick-up of a missed appointment, they made up for our inconvenience in more ways than one. Besides providing us a fair price, what I like about Frazier is they do excellent work and they only recommend the work that is necessary. I have great trust in their workmanship and they will be the first I call when needing a new roof/repair or have gutter issues. BTW we contracted with them to re-roof our house two years ago and we were pleased with the results.
Very professional organization! The previous owners had a leak and bolted a 2X4 on the roof and put caulk around it so it would not leak. There was also need for a replacement heater vent, busted shingles, and gutter work. The price was very reasonable! The crew was very professional and worked very hard to remedy the issues. I will only use this company when I need a new roof cause I can just tell they have integrity by the way they have operated for 30 years in business.
