Decent selection and prices
My family and i just had the worst experience in our life with the stupid "manager" this store has. Upon entering this store we had no greeting. Later while my wife and i were trying out shoes for my daughter this pathetic woman never had the nerve to ask if we were looking for anything. All she did was walk pass by us and kept staring at like a damn hawk. And to top it off while we were about to check out 3 pairs of shoes (2 for my daughter and 1 for myself). She accused us of stealing a box of shoes similiar to the ones we were about to buy. Even cops were involved and i had to interrupt my 5 month old baby sleep so that the cops could look throu the carseat. I hope that stupid worker gets fired and to never get a manager position again if shes the actual manager. What a mediocre manager!
Great service in store and at register. They didn't have the size I needed and the employee helped me not only order it from their store but also delivery to my house. Would recommend this store and famous footwear to any one. Became a member for life now.
Better experience than I would've expected. They have a little photo booth to help keep the kids occupied. Nice touch!
I was not greeted when I walked in the door, people that work there walked past me as if I wasn't standing there. I won't be back to this location AT ALL!!! I come to spend money, the least you could do is ask me if I'm looking for anything in particular. Sorry Famous Footwear ( Arlington Highlands) you've lost my business or good.
