When in the shops, the customer service is great. But when walking to the shops, there are so many people that try to get you to buy something. I have been going to that mall since I could remember, as well as a friend of mine, and we have never not walked through the mall, mainly on the bottom floor, without feeling harassed. The male solicitors have asked if we had boyfriends, asked for our numbers, would walk with us until our next destination, urging for some type of flirtation back, and asked our ages. I just want to walk from shop to shop, not worrying about walking past the booths (mainly the ones outside of Victorias Secret and SIX:02) or going to the upper level to avoid walking past them. There are certain stores I haven't been to in a while, due to this situation.

Lots of stores so your sure to find what your looking for. Good selection at the food court , I recommend Roman delight pizza , it was great! You can easily spend a few hours there.

Nice big indoor shopping mall with plenty of big department stores, small shops, many food court options, skating rink, carousel, and kiosks. All in a clean and busy atmosphere - throw in a Barnes and Noble Bookstore and Cheesecake Factory. As long as you can stand a packed parking lot and crowds, this is a great mall.

Great mall, always find what I need here. Would have given it 5 stars but the Christmas shooting show in the food court kinda killed the shopping mood for me and my family. The flying bullets was a nice touch but a little too much for the effect. Maybe if they padded the floors so when we have to hit the floor to take part in the show that would make it better too. Anyways, definitely recommend the Sabarro Pizza and carousel for the kids.

I've been going to this mall since I moved to Texas 10 years ago. Moving from the north I was blown away at the amenities and stores available. Today, the selection of shopping options is still on trend and is an excellent family environment. From ice rink, movie theatre, to arcade and bowling. The Parks at Arlington has something for everybody!
