Our dog was hurt to the point of needing surgery and I-20 Animal Medical Center took outstanding care of her. Our dogs are rescue dogs and are nervous around people other than our family. They cannot be wear collars or harnesses and they were still able to handle our dog without hurting her. The staff is friendly and compassionate. We will continue to use them for the care of our dogs. I highly recommend I-20 Animal Medical Center. You cannot ask for a better clinic.

Do not go there!!!!!!! They over charge 375 for 2Days for small and medium dog kennel boarding !!! Charge us to see a doctor ( for each dog 45- 48$) , but just took dogs to cennel boarding we never see a doctor and not sure that dog even been vaccinated!!! From 2:30 pm 11/20/17 to 12:30 11/22/ 17 they charge 375$ with most of the vacation provided with our dogs via email to them. And most important, do not trust them to pay when you peak up the dogs. Want to pay at 11/20 but they say , we do not take payment now only after to peak up dogs , and do not show us how much it will be. So after 45 hours 375 $ for 2 dogs .
If you ever find yourself in a place that you need AMAZING doctors and staff that treat them like they are part of their own family.

Dr. Bonnie Bloom is an amazing doctor , besides that she is an amazing person that really cares about her patients,and not just her furry friends but all the family that is affected from it.
First, I would like to thank Dr. Kraft and Lindy for taking such good care of my baby girl Leela. Lindy was amazing in calming down my girlfriend when she has to take Leela in after hours. Dr. Kraft realizes not everyone can afford every procedure that is itemized on the list. I was able to give him a dollar amount limit, and he did what he could. Leela is now nearly fully recovered 3 days later!
Second: to all the people leaving seriously misleading reviews on here, shame on you for exaggerating, and shame on you for not being smarter! The itemized list of procedures they present is not a bill. They are simply showing you what they feel should be done to efficiently and professionally take care of your pet to the best of their ability. You can choose to do none of the things they recommend, which could lead to the death of your pet, or some of the things, which could go either way, or you can do all of the things, and if your pet is sick enough it still might pass. Frankly I'm surprised the owner of this facility doesn't sue more of you folks for defamation. And believe me, you CAN be sued for leaving patently false statements on a review.
