I asked for the $15 wash. The attendant offered the gift card with a free wash. I declined politely and told her I just wanted the $15 wash. She tried to debate this with me several times. I told her I would only like the $15 wash or my card back and I would leave, so she handed me my card back. Very poor customer service. I understand the concept of up-selling but when a customer politely declines several times and you loose a sale entirely the management needs to look at their staff and processes.
Very disappointing with the service provided. Shotty job. Embarrassing!!! Paid extra for towel dry and tires to be done. Would not recommend them at all!!! They have no pride in the job they do except attempting to up sale. Called to speak to a manager about the quality of work and had to leave a message. He did call back the next day and spent time locating my charge. Don't know why he waisted his, or my time doing that, as he, "A Manager" doesn't have authorization to refund my charge. Honestly, that turned me off of giving them a 2nd chance. If you use this company be prepared to closly inspect the job before leaving the parking lot. The wash and wax was also questionable. Doesn't seem to be any different from a wash. The tires were horrible. They cut corners not spraying back tires and only used what was left on the rag from front tires application. Embarrassing and would not recommend them to anyone.
Very courteous and professional staff. The work done was top notch. Please tip for the attention to detail the folks do there! They really do a fine job.
