I have been to this establishment close to a hundred times over the years. I've never really had an issue with them but the last few times the quality of the wash and the cleaning on the inside have been sub par. That was until today! Today, the cleaning job was adequate, however, someone took a bag that had a 240 rounds of ammo out from under my back seat. Needless to say I will not be back. The bag was not in clear view unless you were wondering.

This place is a joke. One of their employees damaged my DUB 22" rim, while entering the wash bay. Management refused to either repair or replace the rim, because its an aftermarket rim. They have a sign out front that states they aren't responsible for non-factory installations, so they feel they're not liable. The joke is that any employee can take your vehicle and damage it, either intentionally or by accident, and the car wash feels as if they aren't liable because of a misleading sign with them claiming such. I'm filing suit and we're gonna see what the courts decide. Surely, there's some consumer protection laws protecting the public from a predatory business like this place. I paid over $22 to have them cost me over $400. Smh... Don't support a business that preys on the community for profit and doesn't show the common decency to correct a wrong that even the manager signed and agreed to them being responsible. A company whose owners and employees live off the profits of its consumers, should show social responsibility and respect for those same consumers. The sign out front should read "Enter this lair at your own risk." **After reading the other reviews, I've noticed a pattern of this business condoning thievery and incompetence, with no repercussion. Where's the civic duty of being a responsible proprietor to the community you serve?** Like I said before, this place is a JOKE!!!
Bought the Supreme package. Outside looks nice. Inside was barely touched. Called a guy over to wipe down dash and center console. Then came home and had to do it myself. Passenger front floor was not vacuumed completely. Inside of doors, dash, console and seats had to be wiped down. I didn't pay 23 bucks so I could do it myself. There are way too many car washes in the area for me to ever justify going back here. Lost my business for sure. They weren't busy at all either, that's the worst part..
Just one complaint. But a big one. My truck was clean but the windows were left spotted. That to me, is the big finish. It just doesn't feel clean if the windows aren't done right. It was my first time here. Not sure if they'll get a second chance. I was there on my lunch before 11 and it wasn't busy so don't see why it wasn't done right.
