I've been here 3 times. Seems disorganized at first look but I'm sure there's a system. Baught only anime and I have to say good prices. I price checked everything not to bad they where also willing to negotiate, if they dont have something you want or are looking for I was told could possibly be ordered and probably be in within a week.
They always on point deal with them for years off and on and every time I go same friendly service

Delightful traditional video store. New releases, but are also likely to say yes to "Do y'all have the 1974 version of that movie that just came out?" They do indeed.
I gave this place a try becuase it's close to my apartment, but sadly they won't be getting anymore of my business. Overpriced rentals, ancient POS system that literally has made me create a new account everytime I try to rent, and then they want to charge a ridiculous late fee when I literally return the movie 2 mins late. Yes 2 mins late. I understand they have to make money but when one worker says I won't be a charged a late fee, and the next time I go there's a late fee, they have lost my business. If you're looking for a quality rental store I highly recommended family video! They're understanding when it comes to their policies, and they have a much wider selection.
