Customer service was off the charts. I will always pay a little more to go here and get the old school feel of service rather than save a $1 and got I the large chains.
I am able to find even some hard to find items here, and the service has been very good. However the prices are a little high.
This place has a pretty good selection. Not Home Depot good of course but for being right in the neighborhood not bad. NOTE: If you are new to the store the staff will follow you around like they are waiting for you to steal something.
I LOVE THIS STORE!! I WAS GREETED AT THE DOOR WITH A BIG SMILE AND WAS TAKEN DIRECTLY TO WHAT I NEEDED TO BUY. THEY WERE SO HELPFUL AND EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY. I WILL DEFINITELY BE COMING BACK.
Love that there is always someone ready to answer questions. So much faster than going to the big box stores. Staff is very friendly and go the extra mile.
