I couldn't even get in the door. Apparently, balding middle aged disabled veterans are neither welcome or opening the security door is too much trouble. It requires a certain amount of physical pain and planning to deliver my broken body to a place of business. And then to have that business ignore me while I ring their bell, as instructed, for minutes at a time to open that door pretty much loses my vote.
I give them one star just for a single individual that apparently cared enough to call me.

Their customer service ia exceptional! Ted spent almost 3 hours with us explaining ring and gem quality. I am completely in love with the ring I designed and he put together so beautifully for me.
And then, after I phoned in my complaint as I leave the parking lot, the "owner" calls back to claim the door lock suddenly doesn't work just when I show up, even though I sat in the parking lot and watched an apparent customer enter and leave the business moments before. So, the door works for him, but not me.
I do not know where to start!! These people are fantastic, honest and put their heart and soul into everything they do... I had a good friend refer us to Arlington Jewelry Exchange about 4 years ago and will never go anywhere else.
Daniel was so patient! We actually forgot our wallet and had to come back. He was attentive and even gave his input on the two earrings I was debating on.
Not really sure what the impetus was of my refusal of service, only that they captured my phone number and used it. I should have considered that, my bad. I will watch for issues, if any.
