Thank you for always being so kind. I have been purchasing from this store for over 14 years. I walked in after a 9 window instillation job in the middle of summer. I was dirty, smelly and needing a inspection on my purchased jewelry. The first thing that was asked if I would like some water. Humanity over sales.. beautiful.

Some of these reviews seem fake, check out their rating on Yelp. My experience was awful. I brought a ring in needing to be sized. I was recommended to have a half shank added to the bottom of the ring. They had to rework their work 3 times due to mistakes made by the technician. The ring weighed 14.3 grams when I brought it to them. Weighed 13 grams when I took it from them. From my understanding when you add more material to a ring it should weigh more... Technicians seem very beginner like. Would avoid this place for your own good. Ended up taking the ring to Arlington gold exchange and they are currently fixing it.
If you visit this store ask for Ryan. We are very thankful for how great he was with us. He gave us top notch customer service every time we have been here. He is always incredibly patient with us to make sure our needs are taken care of completely. We recommend everyone to ask for him on their next visit. He has earned our business for life.
While that nonsense was going on I still needed to get the ring. So they told me that they were transferring the ring from another store to the one near me. When I called the next day there was no record of any transfer happening. After I asked them AGAIN to transfer the ring I made them give me the internal tracking number they use so I could remind them. Well, after waiting a week and a half and calling several more times, turns out they never even tried to transfer the ring. The originating store sold it, and just didn't feel like letting anyone (let alone ME) know that they had! So it has been 2 weeks, I finally have my money back (NO THANKS to Jared's) and still don't have the ring.
I tried to buy a ring online but kept getting an error. Then I noticed that they had billed me for the ring each time (without ever finishing the order) and emptied out my bank account! I was told several times that they would "void" the transactions, just to find out "void" meant they sent a fax (a stinking FAX!!!) to my bank. They refused to do anything more than a fax!
[UPDATE: This store gave me a small discount on the ring, but the company in general refused to accept responsibility.]
If they decide to treat me ANY better, I will update this review. If this review isn't updated, it is because they have remained thieving incompetent snakes!
I have the protection plan, but this store always seems confused about what that means. They don't get the ring very clean unless you agree to leave it with them.
