The bathrooms are filthy! The Parmesan containers on the table are equally so and clogged. Do not order the white pizza. Tons of olive oil! And, check your bill as we were over charged $40!
We have ordered from this restaurant a few times now and have not received any issue in service or quality of food before now. These were supposed to be stuffed mushrooms and my greatest disappointment was in the response to our complaint. We called to inform Ninos of our burnt stuffed mushrooms and he told me that if they cooked it any less it would be raw and that it was just the garlic. He seemed uninterested and had a tone as of I didn't know or could recognize when food is burnt. I felt like I was on an episode of "Kitchen Nightmares" and the customer couldn't possibly know when food is just not good. Should have never been sent out. Period. Business lost.
My husband and I were visiting from out of town. The ordering process was easy. The food came 20 minutes later and was so delicious. The delivery guy even came all the way to our room on the 3rd floor. I wish there was a location back home in San Antonio.
You order yourself at the counter then they bring your food to you. Lots of take out orders. Food is fresh and delicious.
Tables were not cleaned at all dirty dishes sitting on 3 or 4 tables for over an hour. It has been better here in the past.
Don't bother to call....the dick doesn't answer the phone. I'm going to celebrate when this hell hole is gone. I guess I shouldn't expectb much when it's in the Ghetto and the place is too.
