Hello, i work for Careflite and Grand Prairie Fire/EMS, and we called to make a delivery to the Grand Prairie airport for a medical crew. We order here all the time with no issues, the food and service has always been great. We called to make an order today, and the person was very very rude and told us to never call again because we had a large order. I am pure in shock on how we were spoken to by the employee. We will do exactly what was said and never order from this organization again. And i will be sure that no one else we know from public safety will order from here again.
Just a trucker waiting to pick up a load had Pizza and wings delivered in 20 minutes on a Friday night everything was great
Awful experience. I called to order a pick up order and the owner is horrible; with no communication skills, good manners or at the least respectful. He started acting rude and screaming at me on the phone. I thought he was going crazy. I am glad I did not place my order, I am honestly afraid to meet him in person or even worst to have him make my food.
