This was a dump. The rent was too high for this place 400 a month plus elec. There where no washers or dyers so you have to drive to wash, no prophane service, the electric bill was always high, no showers and no recreation on site......so why was the rent so high well i don't know. No cable or phone hook ups, the sewer was always backing up, the water lines where always busting every week, and I dont think they repaired it with approved materials so the water had a cloudly appearance. The management did work with me, but I look back and think out of despairation.I had some stuff stolen from me there and I know it has to be one of the neighbors because of the way the parks was set up. Its also a small park and the people were trashy. I would not stay there again....also for the mail you had to buy a key for the mail box. ohhh and no internet
LOVED THIS PLACE! Had a horrible experience at another RV place and this place SAVED US and saved our trip! The management, Blaze & Moe are some pretty awesome down to earth people and they treated us like had known us for years. The spaces to park are so spacious and clean (not all crammed side by side) and the rate is fair. We will definitely stay here again.
