The site they put me in would not allow for either awning to fully open..I was moved to the only other site available . I had 2 inches clearance with one awning on the trees and the other awning would not open at all . I had to open my slide against a tree with no room for error. The park guide who watched me maneuver the camper told me people come here for the trees and don't use awnings . I informed him that I asked first before my reservation and I like having the option to use them if I desire . He then said that people don't use them since the wind will damage them .. I have been camping for 40 years... I know when and when not to use a awning..

Beautiful tree covered park. they don't tell you anytime before you arrive that you will need a cable box to receive cable channels.. They do provide just one for you.. if you have two or more TVs, you can only use the box on one TV in your camper. if you are happy with local programming, you can use the antenna on your camper.. There are no sports channels, or news, or CBS network shows. ....

This RV park is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of many restaurants and the town mall. Several people have made this their permanent home. They even have a gazebo with peaceful fountains and adorable lawn ornaments. The only reason I would not rate as 5 stars is due to rude management who demanded my fiance and I leave the premises for playing Pokemon Go, he incorrectly assumed we were not supposed to be there and gave us the death glare every time he saw us after that. Overall a great place to camp.

I informed E***r when I made my reservation that I had two awnings on the passenger side of my camper. She said no problem..

Great experience! Super friendly front desk personnel and after hours park ranger. The sites are nice and cozy. It's a super quiet Rv park. We loved our visit.

The staff is really nice and the facilities are clean. We loved it here under the trees out of the hustle and bustle of downtown. I would definitely recommend this RV park and will stay here again if we're ever in the area.

Nice, quiet, clean and well maintained. Huge trees which are a major help in the heat. Lots of great nearby shopping and restaurants.

Don't come in off Bowen Road if you're coming up from 20! Use Cooper!
