Petsmart and Banfield hospital have taken care of our two dogs for many years..i won't go any other place..All of the emloyees and staff are fantastic workers and truly care about what they do and they always have a smile.
Took my Miniature Schnauzer for grooming and all I can say is, I'm far from pleased. Won't come back here. Clients avoid groomer Rachelle (Caucasian, brunette, medium-large build; to avoid confusion with another groomer.) The results made me want a refund. What a bad way to start the holidays.
I have 5 Great Danes and they always treat me good there. Good prices!!
I have taken my fur baby Logan to this stores grooming department for many years and I have never had a problem. Rachel Helgen always does an excellent job on him. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and she always listens to my requests no matter what they are. I would recommend Rachel to anyone and this is the only grooming salon that I will bring Logan to.
