I have owned my own store, a garden center, for 32 years. And I can vouch for us small biz guys competing for against the box stores and the internet sales. We have to hump our butts to attract then earn and then keep your dollars coming our way, and I notice when a place makes all the right moves, and I will be back into this store many times over the years.
ps: we both left that initial day with out purchasing a bike, even after the great experience, BUT we will buy new ones in the near future and it will be from this store for sure.
I Stumbled across Adventure Electric Bikes, while on a ride with my electric bike and needing some air. Cheerful staff, very polite and fun. And a very knowledgeable staff too. The young man, Thad, who took as long as we needed to ride and test the bikes, then the other. and then a few more, before we rode them all again. When our original purpose was for air in tires on bikes we already owned.
The staff at Adventure E Bikes was so friendly and helpful. They allowed me to try many different models till I found exactly what I wanted, right down to the perfect color, seat, mirror, basket. My bike, Miss Dash, is loads of fun!
Alex and his crew were absolutely wonderful! I fell in love with the Faraday Cortland bike and I really wanted to see it in person. Alex took my husband and myself on a free demo ride. I rode the Faraday Porteur and my husband rode the very cool SUV of bikes, the Yuba Spicy Curry. We both rode each bike and had smiles from ear to ear! We loved the experience and after we figure out the budget, we'll be back to buy from Alex and his team!
Thad never once made us feel put out, even though we were taking valuable time, and he was running a local community bike expo down the road, a quick ten minute bike ride away. He was having to go back and forth for product, for other customers, and to keep us interested in the bikes he thought were the right ones for us. So that in itself speaks to the sort of service we received and hope to continue to receive as we become full timers to this great location.

Great selection, great price, great service. My wife and I purchased 2 Kalkoff eBikes late Sunday afternoon, and the owner personally delivered them to our home in Plano on Sunday night. Can't beat that kind of service!

A bike is never done. Never complete. and I will gladly drive a good 20 ,minutes opposite direction just to trade with Thad and keep giving them my dollar as long as they want it.
Great product and service. I stopped in and was so pleased to learn that I could rent the bikes and try them out! The quality of the bikes is incredible and they look terrific! You must stop in and meet the staff and try these out!
