Just had a great experience there, I went in only needing a needle for a bike pump. The stores manager helped me so much when he knew that he wasn't even going to make a big sale. Great staff! He even suggested something that I could do for free and it actually worked.
Bike shop is usually great but this evening I went in and saw 4 or 5 employees hanging out at the front counter as I walked to the back where bike parts are. After no help and not finding what I wanted, I walked out. Amazon time.
These guys and gals have all been great to our family especially getting the little ones set up with their first MTBs. Highly recommend.
