So, I’ve visited a grand total of 6 times. My first experience was with Tyler, who convinced me to get into mountain biking. This was great!! I’ve been riding a TON since I bought the bike a week later, from Matt. Matt was nice. Now... While the shop has plenty of gear and repair options, every experience since then has been downhill. Most recently, I went in to have my back brakes aligned and was treated by Gordon, who was simply un-delightful. He looked right through me even when he was supposed to be engaging directly with me and my bike. When I asked either of them questions, they gave me brief, wordy, know-it-all responses and are resistant to follow-up questions. This make me feel like they just want me to be quiet and not ask any more questions. It’s my bike!! I wanna know what you’re doing!! Again, I wanna restate, if it wasn’t for Tyler I wouldn’t be mountain biking at all, but I really am not looking forward to going in again. Maybe these are nitpicks but I feel super unwelcome and unhelped at this store.
Good place to buy quality bikes. They also offer trade in on bikes you buy here...So if you have kids it's good as they grow

I just purchased another Trek from the South Arlington location. Ive got to ride something. This go round, the capable South Arlington staff suggested a hybrid, the Trek FX S4. Equipped with Carbon front end, Shimano Tiagra derailleurs, and, shifters, 2 x 10 drive train, ultra lightweight hydrolic disc brakes. Whats not to like? Come in and talk to these good people, They will ask you questions about the type of riding you like. They will qualify you, and, you will be in for one of the best bicycle purchases you could imagine. They know people, and, their product knowledge on bicycles is top notch! That's up to the minute!
