The place is super fun but you can blow through money quickly here the service is so so but you will still have loads of fun with the wide variety of games, kareoke, bowling and more
Absolutely terrible. Everything is over priced, the claw machines are literally impossible, and the staff couldn't be worse. When my boyfriend lost his phone, they didnt even help look for it. Restrooms are a mess. You RARELY win tickets, and when you do, it smile one or two tickets. The prizes START at 200 and can even be 2000 For a small stuffed animal. The only thing it's good for is it's photo booths. Those things are amazing! You get really good quality pictures, and you get to customize them!and they are stickers too! They have 4 different photobooths so the options are endless!
I'm willing to give the place a second shot, but it wasn't exactly a very encouraging first time. The staff were mostly alright, a bit distant and not that friendly but who knows what they're being paid, so that's fine. That said, I'm a bit miffed that after I was told they could move credits from one of the Littleton, CO branch's cards to a new one, the guy informed me he had placed the funds on another card, I went to confirm this at a machine, and found out that no, they never made the jump over. After I went back to tell him, he more or less told me "I don't know what to tell you". Not a big fan of losing money like that, but I didn't want to make a scene in front of the company I'd brought along, so I let it be regrettably.
Great selection on arcade games! Bowling was fun with no issues. Customer service was decent. The food was okay. Overall, the place seems clean but the ladies restroom needs special attention. A couple times I've had been there, there was no handsoap, the floor was dirty and several toilets doesn't work.
Some of the games were disconnected from their online servers or had some wear and tear, poor Silent Hill: The Arcade was turned inwards and unplugged, and Silent Scope Bone Eater seemed broken. It's an absolute shame because outside of those games and that little issue, it could've a great trip.
I am from Oregon visiting family in Arlington Texas. I brought my 2 kids to Round 1 for Bowling the first time. This place looks nice, but service people is not nice. I booked a bowling game for 3 persons. We also ordered food, drink during playing Bowling. We had fun. After the Game done, my kids wanted to play one more game and I came to the front desk to inform the cashier that we wanted to play the second game. The guy asked me lane number and charged me around $13 for the next game without asking any further question. I paid and we continued to play. At around the middle of the second game, they kicked us out with a ridiculous reason, we paid only for 2 players and 3 people were playing. I explained I had no clue about 2 or 3 people. This is our second game and we already declared 3 players at the beginning. This is not our mistake. When I requested to continue my second game, no one asked me how many people again. I assumed that they knew it because this is the continuous play. I paid what they charged me for additional game. The manager did not admit that his mistake and I and my two kids had to leave. This place is using a low class method to treat their customer.
