The service department is a complete joke. I made an appointment for 10am. I arrive, on time, and get sent into a maze of cubicles waiting for someone to help me.
Tomorrow? I asked why my appointment is for today, if no one can look at it until tomorrow. Why does my car need to stay here ALL day today, if no one can look at it until tomorrow?

When I finally get helped, I am informed that I would need to keep my car there AT LEAST overnight, because the earliest someone could even look at it "would maybe be tomorrow".
I was told that my appointment is only to talk to an advisor. It is NOT for actual service in their shop. I was also told that my appointment only gives me priorities over walk-ins. It does not guarantee anything else.
What a joke!
My car has only been serviced by Autonation Ford. They always explain my options and make me feel safe when I drive away. The staff is super friendly and easy to work with. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal and great service.
I do have to say this was the easiest car buy experience that I have ever had. I started by looking online for a Ford Edge that had all the features that I wanted. Andy made it very easy. He sent me several lists, very quickly, with different cars until I found one with ALL the features that I wanted with the monthly payment that met my needs. When it came to finally test drive the one I had selected it was waiting at the dealership for me. I didn't have to wait. I was able to keep the car over the weekend to make sure it was the one for me. There were a couple things things additional that I wanted done on the vehicle, for example, there was a crack in the windshield and I wanted the front windows tinted. Not a problem! They replaced the windshield and tinted the windows no problem. They gave me a brand new car to drive while all my requests were taken care of. When it came to working out the financing part of the deal, it was quick and painless. They were able to get me the payments I wanted with all the warranty options I needed to protect my new investment. I won't buy a car from anywhere else. I recently bought a new Ford F-250 from AutoNation Ford Arlington. Dan (my sales person), and Larry (management) were wonderful throughout the process. They set me up with a great deal right from the start, and there was never any pressure. They were also very accommodating with my needs and schedule. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and my call was picked up by someone every time I needed something. I would love to do business with them again.
Love my new 2018 F-150 Lariat! Dillon was wonderful as was Johnny in finance! Buying a new vehicle was NOT a grueling 6 hour process! Great and honest deal!
Update: When I got my car back from the shop the alignment was still off I had to take it back a second time to have it fixed. Also, the card didn't have floor mats in it so Andy went and grabbed some for me, which was nice except they were grey and my interior is black. I was able to trade them in for black ones at a later time but not without a hassle. He told me that they would detail my car because it had just been traded in. Didn't happen!!! They told me they would fill the gas tank up. It wasn't full when I picked up the car so I asked and they filled. I didn't even want to mess with the detailing I just cleaned it myself. But all in all still a very nice car buying experience.
