Went to the Arlington location and these guys rock! They worked hard to find me the 2016 Jetta in the color and with the options I wanted. My credit took a hit due to a divorce and the whole experience was smooth and easy. Best of all was my Sales Guy - Ernie Anderson. I would highly recommend making him your go to guy for your used car purchase.
I'm sheniqua but unfortunately it showing under my mother name! They were absolutely amazing my salesman was Ernie Anderson. He was really patient with me from start to finish. Not to mention I came all the way from Houston to do business with him. He found the car I was looking for at another location and reserved it for me before I even made it. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and welcoming. I wasn't even there two hours and they had me out of there. No hassle seriously! I recommend them.
I came into drive time with no license and a not so big down payment, Ernie Anderson helped me leave with the car I wanted! He was very patient with me and answered all my questions and some!!!!
