Nice people, only thing that bothered me was that I asked for an inspection and the mechanic said he wouldn't be able to do it today so I went ahead with just an oil change and scheduled inspection elsewhere. When the oil change was done the mechanic said I needed a part and without that part my inspection wouldn't pass he then offered to order the "necessary" part for about $300. I declined and still went with my scheduled inspection elsewhere and what do you know it passed with no problem. So I saved myself $300, thanks.
I've been going to this location for a little over a year, and now I will never be going back. I brought my car in for a simple oil change and inspection. When I picked my car back up, I noticed the little {!} symbol was still on my dash. I just assumed it would go away after a few minutes. When I got home, I checked my tires and the PSI in each of them was way below where it's supposed to be. I called them to let them know they forgot to air up my tires and asked if I could bring it back up there. The lady said you usually have to drive it around for the computer to reset it (which every time I've aired up my tires on my own, the {!} has gone away immediately, so that was a lie). Anyways, I bring it back up, and she just says "air, right?" And I said "yes ma'am, thank you." The guy does his thing with my car, and when he brings the keys back to the lady, I hear him say in a very snarky tone "her computer is off now." The lady then turns to me and relays the message with the exact same tone. I say thank you and she doesn't even reply. I was very polite throughout the whole ordeal, but there was no apology for the inconvenience of me having to go back up there and have them finish the job I paid them for. If they had good customer service they would've both apologized, even if they didn't mean it. It's been a few days since this, and I realized they didn't fill up my coolant, and they didn't reset the oil life % in my car's computer, so who knows if they even actually changed my oil. Will NEVER be back there to deal with their terrible customer service again. You guys just lost 2 customers (my husband was going to bring his car in this week for the same two things and now he's going somewhere else). Avoid this location if you can, folks.
Kwik Kar Auto Service and their team has excellent service from the moment you drive up. They genuinely care about their customers. Upon completion of the work they preform, the technition reviews the work completed as well as advising any issues your vehicle may have. It is a pleasure being one of their customers.
The staff is wonderful the service is great no work is done or charges until you are notified what's needed and they will work with you
People in the shop are nice, and I don't doubt their knowledge or the quality of the work that they do. HOWEVER, I am giving them only one star because just like most mechanics, they will try to get the most amount of money out of you as possible. They quoted me near $1,000 for a set of 4 new ceramic brake pads, and a set of 4 new rotors. I was able to get new rotors and the same quality ceramic pads purchased and installed for closer to $350. I know they have to make money, but I thought the prices were a bit ridiculous, it's impossible to find an honest mechanic who will service what you need at a reasonable price.
