I just bought a car from this dealership and they were nothing but accommodating. They allowed me to drive the car to my mechanic and have it looked over before I made any decisions. They were reasonable on the price and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
I needed a minivan *fast* to ferry my family around when they touched down in the city we were moving to. Fares answered their calls directly, no wait time at all! Excellent service. Car works great (so far). Very easy to work with, and painless car buying experience. Thanks you, Fares!
Bought a 2004 Titan almost two years ago. It was a hard-to-find model w/leather and everything. Price was reasonable. Truck still runs great, and I have not spent a dime on repairs. Nice dealership!
It has been 3 months since I bought a 2003 Toyota 4runner from here, so I have given it some time. I was in need of a car as someone wrecked my g37 coupe and the persons insurance was not gonna pay for an additional week. I was in a rush to purchase a new car. We agreed to a price on the vehicle however I wanted the gas tank to be 1/2 full and a new oil change to be completed before taking home. They agreed to do it, however when I drove off the lot, I noticed the gas tank was low. When I got home, I checked the engines oil and It was a dark brown color. Which means it didn't get done. Also, the dashboard was cracked (a very common problem for the 4runners) but Toyota offers a free dashboard replacement. This should of been done before putting the car up for sale. Shortly after buying I noticed the rear brakes need to be done, rear suspension creeks, gas mileage on the SUV is horrible (Needs a tune up and oil change) and the tires need balancing. The owner and his assistant are nice people. I would HIGHLY recommend future buyers to take the car you are interested in to a trusted mechanic to get it looked over. 3 Stars for a simple buying experience, but lost 2 Stars for not doing the oil change, filling the gas tank to 1/2 way, and not doing the dashboard.
To begin with Dani and Oscar, are both nice and friendly. But i have had a not so good, post buying experience within 3 days of purchasing this "CARFAX" certified vehicle. Which I never received the report on. I Bought this 1991 Corolla on Saturday March 18th, and by (March 21st) Tuesday morning the harmonic balancer came off causing the alternator belt and the a/c compressor belt to be destroyed. (Pictures attached) And of course the car is not able to be driven. It was no wonder the 2 times that I test drove the vehicle it had to be jump started because the battery was dead. Evidently The alternator was not charging the battery correctly because the crankshaft pully was broken. That should have been my red flag. But i was told the door on the vehicle wasnt closed properly and battery drained because of the interior light being on from previous day. Which sounded reasonable. I did notice that the alternator belt looked new but I thought someone just did some recent repairs to keep up the maintenance. It now seems like the previous belt was probably damaged recently and replaced. I will say at least the interior and exterior of the vehicle was very clean. Dani was not willing to negotiate the price during the buying process which was disappointing, but I was told the car was worth it. After all it did does look Good
